Opti-Free is a multi-purpose solution line for reusable soft contact lenses. Multi-purpose means one bottle handles the whole routine: rinsing, cleaning, disinfecting, storing and reconditioning the lens before it goes back in. That is what separates it from plain saline, which rinses but does not disinfect and should never be used as a soaking solution on its own.
PureMoist and Replenish are two different formulas within the same multi-purpose family, so the practical question is which one you have used comfortably before. If you are already on one of them, stay with it rather than switching for the sake of a price difference. The twin packs are the household option and work out cheaper per ounce. The 2 oz bottle is the one to keep in a carry on or an overnight bag, since it sits under the usual airline limit for liquids.
Every pack ships with a fresh lens case, which is more useful than it looks: cases are meant to be replaced regularly, not kept for years. Follow the rub, rinse and soak times printed on your bottle rather than a habit picked up from another product, and always use fresh solution rather than adding to what is already in the case.
