Where TearRestore came from

TearRestore came out of an eye care clinic, and the design shows it. The main mask has an opening that lets you keep your eyes open and see while you wear it, which is unusual for a heated mask and makes it far easier to sit through the length of time a warm compress routine usually asks for. The brand has been recognized with NSF honors for product innovation.

What we carry

• TearRestore Basic, the mask on its own, and the Premium Kit, which adds two heat packs and a 30 count box of HylaWipes.
• Replacement heat packs in a two pack described as a six month supply, plus the Reactivation Kettle used to recharge them.
• EyeRelax, a 10 pack of single use self heating steam masks infused with mint.
• HylaWipe tea tree eyelid wipes and NeutraWipe manuka honey wipes, which are biodegradable.
• OneDrop preservative free eye drops and the WINQ eyelid serum, 10 mL.

How to choose

Buying a heat mask for the first time, the Premium Kit is the simplest way in, since it arrives with the wipes and spare packs you would want anyway. Choose the Basic mask if you only need the frame, or if you are replacing one you already own and still have packs for.

EyeRelax is the better pick for a suitcase or a desk drawer. Each one heats itself, so there is no kettle and no microwave in the picture, and the mask is used once and thrown away.

Between the wipes, HylaWipe uses tea tree and NeutraWipe uses manuka honey, so choose on ingredient preference and on how your skin has taken tea tree in the past. Your eye doctor can tell you where a warm compress fits in your own routine.
