Four Total30 boxes are stocked here, and between them they cover the four common prescription types. Every one is a six pack, so the only thing that changes between them is the lens design.
Your prescription answers this for you, so read what is written on it. Sphere values alone point to the plain TOTAL30. A cylinder and an axis mean the astigmatism version. An add power means a multifocal. Both together mean the multifocal toric, which is the least common of the four and the one most often ordered by mistake.
The numbers matter as much as the name. Base curve, diameter and power are all specified for you and need to match the box exactly. Designs within one family are not interchangeable, so a toric lens is not a substitute for a spherical one even at the same power.
A current prescription from an eye care professional is required for contact lenses, and it is verified as part of the order. Prescriptions expire, so check the date before you build a large supply order.
Order per eye. Plenty of people have different numbers in each eye, and some need a different lens type on each side, which is normal and simply means two lines on the order.
Questions about comfort, wearing time or replacement schedule belong with the person who fitted your lenses.
