The box contains 30 individually wrapped wipes. Adding a drop or two of water to the wipe activates a warming effect. These are the warming version of the eyelid wipes, used as a daily eyelid cleanser where the warmth is part of the routine rather than a separate step. One or two drops of water are added to the wipe to activate the warming, the wipe is then massaged along the closed upper and lower lash lines with a fresh section for each eye, and the lids are left to air dry with no rinsing.
