Blink Triple Care 3 in 1 Lubricating Eye Drops in the preservative free formula is a lubricant eye drop supplied in a 10 mL (0.34 fl oz) bottle. The active ingredient is polyethylene glycol 400 0.25%, a lubricant. The formula combines castor oil and polyoxyl-40 hydrogenated castor oil with sodium hyaluronate, and carries no preservative.

The bottle is shaken before use and one or two drops are instilled in the affected eye as needed. Contact lenses are removed first, and are put back in about 10 to 15 minutes after the drops are applied.

Standard Formula

Blink Triple Care 3 in 1 Lubricating Eye Drops in the standard formula is a lubricant eye drop supplied in a 10 mL (0.34 fl oz) bottle. The active ingredient is polyethylene glycol 400 0.25%, a lubricant. The formula combines castor oil and PEG 40 hydrogenated castor oil with sodium hyaluronate, and is preserved with sodium chlorite.

The bottle is shaken before use and one or two drops are instilled in the affected eye as needed.

Uses

• for the temporary relief of burning, irritation, and discomfort due to dryness of the eye or exposure to wind or sun
• for use as a protectant against further irritation or to relieve dryness of the eye
• for use as a lubricant to prevent further irritation or to relieve dryness of the eye

How to Use

1. Shake well before use.
2. Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed or as directed by your eye care professional.

• if product changes color

When using this product

• to avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface
• replace cap after each use

Stop use and ask a doctor if

• you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye
• condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours

If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

Store at 15-25 °C (59-77 °F).
