About the Product
Cliradex Towelettes are pre-moistened, single use towelettes for the eyelids, lashes and surrounding facial skin. The box holds 24 individually wrapped towelettes weighing 1.4 g each. The formula is preservative free, with no artificial fragrance added, and is made with 4-Terpineol (T4O), a component of tea tree oil.
This is an eyelid and lash cleanser, used once or twice daily as part of a daily eyelid hygiene routine. A towelette is wiped across the closed eyelid and the surrounding facial skin from the inner corner to the outer corner, then left to air dry for at least one minute rather than rinsed off. Application is followed by a cooling sensation similar to menthol. Each towelette is individually wrapped, so the format travels without a bottle.
Key Ingredients
- 4-Terpineol (T4O) A component of tea tree oil. It is the ingredient the Cliradex formula is built around and it follows water in the ingredient declaration.
- Glycerin A humectant that holds water in the formula.
- Polysorbate 20 and Polysorbate 80 Nonionic surfactants that keep the oil component dispersed through the water base.

How to Use
- Begin with a clean face and wash your hands thoroughly.
- Open one Cliradex towelette and unfold it completely.
- Close your eye tightly, without squinting, and gently wipe the towelette across the eyelid and surrounding skin, moving from the inner corner to the outer corner.
- Do not rinse the formula off. Allow it to air dry for at least one minute.
- Fold the towelette to a clean side and repeat on the other eye.
- Use once or twice daily, or as directed by your eye care professional.
Warnings
For external use only. This product contains a component from essential oils. Use carefully if you have known allergies to fragrances or essential oils. If the formula gets into your eye, rinse with water or saline solution. If irritation occurs or persists, stop use and consult your eye care professional.
