This is the evening version of the drink mix, taken as one drink before bedtime rather than across the day. One packet is stirred into 8 to 12 ounces of water, so a 20 packet box covers 20 nights. It is sugar free, low calorie and low sodium, and it contains melatonin, which the daytime mix does not.

My Night time Drink
I drink this every night. I put it in a cup of hot barley tea. The Dry Eye Drink has really helped - I only put eyes drops in my eyes once a day in the morning rather than all day long. Plus the added benefit of sleeping better. I am hooked!
