The directions allow up to 2 softgels a day, so one bottle is a 30 to 60 day supply depending on how it is taken.
This is the plain carotenoid option in the range, a vegetarian softgel holding the two dietary carotenoids and nothing else added, taken with a meal once or twice a day. People choose it when they already take an omega-3 or a multivitamin separately and want only the carotenoids on top. A 60 softgel bottle is one to two months depending on which serving is taken.
