REM Sleep is a liquid dietary supplement supplied as 30 single serve gel packs. Each gel pack is 25 mL and is one serving, giving 30 servings per box. The flavor is cherry. The gel can be taken straight from the pack or mixed into liquid.
This is a nightly sleep supplement rather than a daytime one, taken 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime as part of a wind down routine. Calming herbs, amino acids and non habit forming ingredients support all four stages of sleep. Each gel pack supplies over 2,384 mg of sleep supporting nutrients.
Purified water, vegetable glycerin, phosphoric acid, natural flavor, xanthan gum, citrus pectin, inulin, fruit and vegetable juice (color), citric acid, malic acid, stevia leaf extract.
Do not consume if the gel pack is broken. Consult your physician before use if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition, or are taking any medications. Keep out of reach of children. Do not drive or operate heavy machinery within eight hours of use.
Store at 0 to 25 degrees C (32 to 77 degrees F). Protect from heat.
