The bottle contains 180 capsules, the serving size is 2 capsules and there are 90 servings per container, so at the labelled serving of 2 capsules daily a bottle is a 90 day supply. Each serving provides 1,000 mg of vitamin C as ReaLipo C Liposomal. This is a plain vitamin C supplement in the liposomal category, taken as two capsules a day with a meal, so the 180 capsule bottle is a 90 day run at that serving. People choose a liposomal vitamin C when they want the vitamin in that delivery form rather than as a standard ascorbic acid tablet or powder. Apart from the vitamin C itself the capsule contains only the three excipients.
