Zinc Glycinate is a dietary supplement in vegan capsule form, supplied in a bottle of 60 capsules. The serving size is one capsule, which gives 60 servings per bottle. Each capsule supplies 20 mg of zinc as zinc glycinate, a chelated form in which the mineral is bound to the amino acid glycine. The capsule shell is cellulose based rather than gelatin, and the only other ingredients are microcrystalline cellulose and silica.
This is a single mineral supplement taken once a day with food, so a 60 count bottle covers 60 days. The formula supports healthy immunity, antioxidant activity and enzyme function, and promotes cellular health and normal cellular metabolism. Because it carries zinc on its own rather than inside a multivitamin, it can be added to an existing routine without duplicating other nutrients.
