DE3 Dry Eye Omega Benefits® is a high-potency, clinically proven omega-3 supplement designed to support healthy tear production and improve occasional dry eye symptoms such as grittiness, dryness, and burning.

The American Heart Association and American Cardiology Association recommend 2-3 grams of omega-3s daily (EPA + DHA). To match the omega-3 levels in DE3 (3 softgels/day), you’d need to consume 37 cans of tuna per week—posing a high risk of mercury poisoning.
Flaxseed provides alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), a plant-based omega-3 that is far less bioavailable than marine-based omega-3s (EPA & DHA). Marine omega-3s are up to 10x more effective for supporting eye health.
DE3 uses an ultra-purified, triglyceride (rTG) form of omega-3s—identical to the form found in fresh fish but without impurities. Most store-bought omega-3s contain low doses of EPA & DHA in synthetic forms that are harder for the body to absorb and often cause a fishy aftertaste.

Works foe Me
I began taking Dryeye Fishoil after I had eye surgery. While it helped my dry eye, the biggest surprise came when my cholesterol, triglyceride, and A1C numbers began to drop. I found this quality fish oil help make my body better able to use the meds I was taking. My primary physician believes this fish oil has made a big difference and encourages me to continue taking it.

Great supplement. I like that it also has vitamin DE3 with the Omega. My eye doctor recommended.

I’ve been using this supplement for over a year and it truly stands up to its promise .
It seems to work but for seniors on a limited budget it's too expensive.
If you truly wanted to help people with dry eye issues you would make the product affordable to those like me (senior - 77) on a limited budget. You have to purchase this product every month because it only lasts for a month and it's over $70. Who can afford that.
