Rescue Delivery Promise is optional package protection from Dryeye Rescue. If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, we send a replacement at no charge. The fee is based on the value of your order and is shown in your cart before you choose it. This is a service we provide ourselves, not an insurance policy and not a shipping fee.

30-day returns on unopened items
Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Email support first; return postage is your responsibility.
