Gel Packs
Two of the six Gel Packs are dysfunctional. After using once and boiling the required 5 minutes, they got hard before using a second time.
New gels!
I love getting a new pack of gels! The heat is so much better.
Inserts
These inserts I believe should be staying warm for 20 minutes. They stay warm maybe 10. I am very disappointed.
Disappointing size
I looked for a long time to find only the packs themselves and was happpy to fined these. But, when i received them, they are child size!
