It is a water based gel thickened with carbomer and pullulan and tinted with titanium dioxide and iron oxides, applied with a brush applicator. The three shades share the same gel base. It is vegan and cruelty free, and is formulated without parabens or sulfates. A tinted brow gel is worn to shape the brows and lay colour through them, and this one is brushed through in short strokes as part of a daily makeup routine, with further passes added for more definition.
