After each use, wash eye cups with a gentle tea tree cleanser or mild soap, and rinse with warm water before each use. Wash fabric wrap as needed. Pat dry with the included microfiber cloth or lay flat to dry.

Once u have them on right then push to seal they work great and my eyes feel great in the morning.
useless , not fit for purpose
does not work to keep eyes protected without excessive pressure on the skin around the eyes the mechanism to keep in place seems poorly thought out- slips, primitive lenses get gummy , tacky, do not clean easily very disappointing given how much you charge for it i stopped trying to use it after 8 attempts
Hydrating sleep mask
Doesn’t work. Doesn’t fit the face, open on the sides for air to get in. Tried to tighten but then it crushes the bridge of nose with sides still open. Very disappointing, especially for the price I paid. Swimming goggles would probably work better.
USELESS, EXPENSIVE, AND UNCOMFORTABLE
Does not keep eyes moist. Is very uncomfortable to wear. This was a total waste of over $60.

I found the hydrating sleep mask which was recommended by my optometrist to be too warm even with the bedroom temp of 65 degrees. It also did not stay on while sleeping on my side. When on it only provided minimal relief to my dry eyes.

I don't actually know exactly how much they help with dryness because of my unique situation, but it's actually just the best sleep mask ever. It stays on, fully blocks light, and I don't feel it at all. My eyes feel great in the morning.
