Didn't help
I tried it because manuka honey has antimicrobial properties. However, I tried it three times on 2 separate days. Initially, it burned like fire that eventually went away but left the white part of my eye completely bright red. I have been stung by bees and wasps in the past and could have been sensitized to them. Perhaps this was when I got red eyes from it.
Stings!
This product really stings my eyes upon application. It is so painful! I have to keep my eyes closed for at least five minutes. The drops seem to help my condition, but is it worth it? Also, for some reason, I have been getting styes when I use these eye drops but they seem to go away after about two days. I wonder if the drops are contaminated? Not sure what to make of that phenomenon.
Actually works
This is the only drop that actually keeps my eyes ok for a while.

Dry Eye
Works really well. I can tell a difference when I use it. Hopefully, I’ll be able to get off my prescription.
