OUCH!!
I read the reviews about stinging and thought it can't be THAT bad. Wrong. My eyes stung immediately and intensely and watered so much I think all the gel was washed out. Did not work for me at all. Too bad, I was hopeful to use something more natural.
Not effective
The product was not effective for demodex blepharitis.

I have severe dry eye and this has definitely brought relief. I don’t need to do heat on my eyes every day since using. I've been using so far for a couple of weeks. Hoping to see more benefits as time goes on.

Yes, it burns initially. But totally worth it. Has provided more relief than prescription eye drops.
Unbelievably awful
One drop in my left eye immediately gave a painful burning sensation. Worse than anything else that I have ever used. And, strangely, my gums started pouring out blood, running into the sink below. My gums never bled before or since. I will never touch this product again. I will never recommend it.

Wow!
I was skeptical about this but am pleasantly surprised. It burns like crazy for a minute or so after putting in eye but really makes a difference. My eye irritation/dryness has improved since using. No pain. No gain.
Burned horribly
I have chronic dry eyes and am always looking for new products. I put one drop in each eye and it burned terribly and instantly. I washed my eyes to stop the burning. If I could give it zero stars I would. Stay away from this stuff!
drops are hard to squeeze out
I prefer the gel to the drops, but after only about a week, it gets harder and harder to squeeze out a drop big enough that I don't need to touch my eye to apply it.
