too much trouble
This product is effective but cumbersome. The wires connecting the various parts are too long and constantly tangled. The cover needs to be moistened and washed so not any more convenient than a warm wash cloth.
Great tool
I was inconsistent at best with my microwaveable Bruder eye mask. This is great -- I keep it plugged on my night table and now I'm much better at doing treatments at AM & PM. The mask is soft, adjustable and fits well on my (small) face. I also like that I'm no longer under-heating or over-heating in the microwave! Consistent heat for 10 minutes!

Works Well
It took we awhile to figure out the best heat setting to help my eyes but once I did it's been great! I like that the wires are thicker and seem more durable. My only negative is that they want you to plug into the wall. I prefer plugging into a battery.

I'm enthused with the results from my using the heated eye mask. From the beginning, I experienced moisture forming in my eyes, especially the right eye. My optometrist had noticed that my eyelids were swollen and I had really red eyelids. From using the eye mask on a daily basis, the lids have greatly lessened in swelling and returned to a healthier pink color. I usually catch a little catnap while using the therapy, which is also a bonus! Another plus: I actually shed a few silent tears over an emotional song I had listened to, and tears have been few-and-far-between many years. Thank you for your product.
