The bottle holds 56 softgels and the serving is two softgels daily, a 4 week supply, or about one month. Each serving provides 1,200 mg of rTG fish oil supplying 1,000 mg DHA and 200 mg EPA, a 1 to 5 EPA to DHA ratio. It is made in an NSF certified and cGMP compliant facility in Norway, and each batch undergoes third party testing for purity and safety.
This is a high DHA omega-3 supplement taken as two softgels a day, in the morning or at night, with no meal requirement. The ratio is the reverse of the EPA weighted omega-3 formulas in the same range, five parts DHA to one part EPA. One 56 count bottle covers four weeks at that serving.
