EPA/DHA essentials is a dietary supplement in softgel capsule form. Each bottle holds 90 softgel capsules and the labelled serving size is 1 to 2 softgel capsules daily, giving 90 servings of one softgel per bottle. One softgel provides 1,000 mg of fish oil concentrate, supplying 300 mg of EPA and 200 mg of DHA, along with 10 calories, 1 g of total fat and less than 5 mg of cholesterol. The fish oil is a microfiltered concentrate sourced mainly from sardines and anchovies off the coast of Chile or Norway. The formula is gluten free and non-GMO.
This is an omega-3 fish oil supplement, taken daily with a meal as part of an ongoing routine. The formula provides support for cardiovascular health and daily wellness. The omega-3 fatty acids come from a fish oil concentrate rather than from a whole fish oil, which is how the EPA and DHA reach the amounts shown per softgel.
