Retaine Flax Omega is a dietary supplement in softgel form, supplied as 120 softgel capsules. The formula contains 1000 mg omega-3 flaxseed oil, 500 mg omega-6 evening primrose oil and 40 mg bilberry extract.
The formula uses plant-sourced flaxseed and evening primrose oils rather than fish oil.

Retaine Flax is doing a good job keeping my dry eyes under control. They feel comfortable, and are not irritated.
It’s really helping
I’ve used another Omega 3 for dry eye from fish oil for years but one bottle of this flax based one has made a noticeable difference in my dry eyes! It’s also severe allergy time for me but I still have noticed my eyes have been less dry and uncomfortable in that regard. I’ve bought another bottle so we’ll see.

My doctor suggested these for my eye “leaking.” He diagnosed me with MGD, and ever since taking these vitamins, I have not experienced any more leaking! Would recommend to anyone who has chronic eye watering due to MGD

Good Supplement
I like this supplement. I think it is helping. I am now taking this instead of fish oil because I was fearful of what could be in the fish oil.

It seems to be working quite well for me; however, I am now performing more eye therapy as well, i.e., wearing eye mask at night, cleaning eyelids, etc. I love the oiliness of this product. I dont have to use the drops as often as I did with different brands. Thank you for helping me. I am 81 years "young" and I need all the help I can get.

I take this supplement twice a day and am very satisfied with it.
Not A Coincidence?
I have been taking these pills consistently for 3 weeks. So far, the afternoon glare is not bothering my eyes and they do not feel tired or in pain. Hope this continues
